Coach Katie Siciliano is the director of Vipers Volleyball Club. She runs Vipers with her husband, who is the president of Vipers Baseball Club. We officially have celebrated our 10 year business anniversary. Vipers has grown to outreach almost 546 players in Volleyball & Baseball. This will be Katie’s 22nd year of coaching. Katie & Louie grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. Katie accepted a position at College of Mount St. Joseph University and was a four year starter. She was named 2005 Conference Player of the Year, in 2004 & 2006 she was named All Region, in 2005 she also was named First Team All American, and six time Regional Player of the Week. Following 2006 & 2007 she was named first time National ESPN Player of the Week, and was named All Tournament Team eight consecutive times during her Senior year. In high school Katie was a three year varsity Middle hitter who followed her team to States as a young Sophomore. She earned Honorable mention & her travel team finished 5th in Open Division at USAV Nationals. Katie followed her coaching career by hosting volleyball camps & a personal training company in Cincinnati until she decided to follow her dreams of coaching a club in South Florida.

Coach James Rogers will be returning to Vipers for his FOURTH season! James Rogers just completed his sixth season as the Head Coach of the Keiser University Volleyball team making his record 162 Wins and 69 losses! Rogers led the program to their first-ever NAIA National Tournament in 2020. He has also guided Keiser to the first-ever Sun Conference Regular Season and Tournament Championships. While at Keiser he has coached 4 player of the years, produced 3 all Americans, and had 22 players for all academic! Prior to coming to Keiser. Rogers spent a season as the head coach at Southeastern Community College. He also coached at NCAA Division Il Salem International for three years, two of which were as the head coach. In his lone season at Southeastern. Rogers helped the Blackhawks to their best finish in program history of third. In his career, he has coached four All-Region players, one Freshman of the Year, and had a player named to the All-Freshman team. Off the count, he has had nine players earn Academic honors.

Doug Walters was named the PBA volleyball coach on April 10, 2018 after spending 10 years leading Cedarville University in Ohio. He recently announced his retirement from collegiate coaching, but is looking forward to investing back in the local youth volleyball scene.
In his first season with PBA, Walters led the Sailfish to a 29-5 record and a NCAA South Regional Runner-Up as they fell to eventual National Champion Tampa. PBA went 27-4 in the regular season and were named the No. 1 seed and host of the NCAA South Region Tournament. The Sailfish had two players receive All-American honors as Molly Burkhardt and Jennie Anderson were named All-Americans. Freshman Amber Rowoldt was named SSC Freshman of the Year and South Region Freshman of the Year as well.
Walters followed up his first season with the 'Fish with an 18-13 season in his second campaign at the helm. The Sailfish had two players recognized for their efforts in the classrooom along with their on-court accomplishments as Ally Smith and Lilly Turner were named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District team. Sam Wolf was named SSC Freshman of the Year and Newcomer of the Year and earned SSC second team honors. The freshman was also named to the AVCA All-South Region team and was named an AVCA Honorable Mention All-American.
Walters led PBA volleyball's return to the court in 2021 following the 2020 pandemic year. The Sailfish returned to the NCAA Regional tournament, finishing the year with an 18-14 record. Jazz Schmidt was named the Sunshine State Conference Player of the Year and earned All-Region and All-American honors. Amber Rowoldt also earned All-SSC third team honors while Alyse Cundiff was named to the SSC Newcomer team. Walters picked up top-25 wins over Wheeling and Nova Southeastern in 2021 while finishing the season Receiving Votes in the final AVCA National Coaches Poll of the season.
At Cedarville, Walters captured five straight Great Midwest Athletic Conference regular season championships between 2012 and 2016 and four times won the league’s tournament. In 2016 he led the Yellow Jackets to their first NCAA Midwest Region Tournament appearance, defeating No. 2 seed Findlay en route to the tournament’s semifinals. For his efforts, Walters was named the G-MAC Coach of the Year in 2016, his second of his career also winning the award in 2012.
Walters coached three conference players of the year at Cedarville along with 35 all-conference performers. He led the Yellow Jackets to the 2008 NCCAA National Championship in his first year while posting a 27-12 overall record. He was named the 2008 NCCAA National Coach of the Year and has coached 12 NCCAA All-Americans during his time. He collected an overall record of 220-146 at Cedarville and an 84-22 mark in conference games including a 60-10 record in the G-MAC.
Off the court his teams have been honored with the AVCA Team Academic Award six times between 2010 and 2016, as well as 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, & 2023.
Coach Bailey will be returning for her 6th year with Vipers! She has played volleyball for 15 years, including 4 years of indoor and beach volleyball at Lagrange College. Bailey graduated with a dual degree from Lagrange, and returned home to Jupiter to finish her nursing degree! Coach Bailey is thrilled to be a part of Vipers, and is so excited to see the club grow and succeed through this next season! Bailey is eager to work with the girls and coaches at Vipers, and is hoping to have a fun and successful season!
Coach Hannah has been a member of the Vipers Family for 12 years, first as a player and now as a coach. She has been playing indoor and beach volleyball since age 11. She was a setter for her varsity high school volleyball team and was recruited as a setter for her collegiate team. During her collegiate career, her team won 3 NCCAA National Championships. She was also a founding member of her university's beach volleyball program. Coach Hannah received her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and is pursuing her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.Coach Hannah is thrilled to continue working for Vipers Volleyball Club and is excited to expand the players' volleyball IQ and improve their skills.
This will be Coach Abby’s 3rd year with Vipers! Prior to coaching for Vipers, Abby coached recreational and club volleyball teams, for 3 years, in her home state of Illinois. Coach Abby discovered her love for volleyball in middle school. She played school volleyball and high level club volleyball through middle and high school. Abby has had the privilege of continuing her passion for volleyball as a member of the Keiser University volleyball team. She is currently a rising Junior at Keiser, majoring in Exercise Science. Abby is excited for another season with the Vipers family! She is looking forward to working with each of her players to build their volleyball skills, improve their volleyball I.Q., and guide the team to success.
